Stroller Strides of Tustin and Irvine

Are you a new mom looking for a way to get back in shape? Are you tired of the gym? Worried about what to do with your baby while you exercise? Want to get out of the house and meet other Moms?

Stroller Strides is a nationally recognized stroller fitness program for moms with their babies. All classes are taught by certified instructors specially trained in pre and postnatal fitness. Classes are outdoors and incorporate the environment, resistance tubing, and a stroller to give you a total body workout. Are you a new mom looking for a way to get back in shape? Are you tired of the gym? Worried about what to do with your baby while you exercise? Want to get out of the house and meet other Moms?

We currently hold classes MWF at 9am and T, TH at 9:15 at our Cedar Grove location and T, TH at 8:45 at our Hicks Canyon location.

In addition to the classes, we are proud to host LUNA MOMS CLUBS, which are regular free playgroups for you and your baby. We also have Mom's Nights out and a variety of community and charity events.
