Baby Boot Camp's stroller-based fitness classes are designed to help new moms and dads get fit. It takes the place of a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever. Our boot camp-style classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills, using the stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) to give you a unique, challenging and fun workout.

But, it's not just about the baby fat! Baby Boot Camp is a great way to meet other new parents.
