Moms, Dads and babes looking to get fit, stay fit and be healthy. Baby Boot Camp stroller-based fitness classes follow the guidelines set by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) & the American Council on Exercise (ACE). They are designed specifically to help moms get fit. Classes combine strength-training exercises with cardiovascular drills.
