I bought this to have in the car for times when I really needed to relieve some of my milk and my daughter wasn't ready to nurse. I am a little on the larger side (a D to a DD right after my milk came in) and the cup that came with this was so small, it could not get a good suction on my breast. I pumped for long periods of time and got NO results. I did better with my hand over a sink! I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!

...Since I recieved a Medela Pump in Style as a gift. I decided to by an inexpensive manual pump for the occassional times when a large double electric pump isn't the most convient option. The first time I used it everything went great,
